    At Nick McLean Real Estate Group we do more than just sell homes. We help our clients find energy efficient homes and promote healthy and stable living in our community. Many homes in Wenatchee and East Wenatchee and Chelan County are older and need updates for energy efficiency. And we take this very seriously. We have partnered with the Chelan County PUD to support their energy efficiency programs and we endorse them wholeheartedly.     And if you didn’t know the PUD offers these FREE services: They can Seal the ductwork in your manufactured home. And also Recycle refrigerators and freezers, plus get a $30 rebate (Must be in working condition). Helping our environment, conserving energy, and maintaining our renewables is everyone’s responsibility.
